Terms & Conditions

Access to Venue:
We will require adequate access to the venue prior to & after the booking to allow setting up & breaking down of equipment. A minimum of 45 minutes (preferably 60 minutes) should be allowed for setting up and 45 minutes for packing up and vacating the premises.

Space:
We normally need an approximate space of 2 x 3 metres. We do our upmost to work with any space constraints there may be. 

Electricity:
The client is responsible for the provision of a suitable and safe electricity supply. We require two 13-amp mains sockets (upto 4m away from set up area)

Refreshments:
Don't forget the DJ and any assistants can work very long hours. Please bear them in mind with regard to the provision of adequate food and soft drinks.

Extended Playing Time:
Wherever possible we will aim to accommodate client's requests for extensions to playing time. This will be subject to an additional hourly charge (£20 before midnight, £50 after midnight) 

Licencing:
It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the venue is suitably licensed for the event.

Safety:
If at any time before or during the function we deem our persons or property to be under threat, verbally or physically, we reserve the right to either suspend or terminate the disco without further notice. In the event of this happening refunds are not applicable

Supervision & Damage
The client should provide adequate supervision over the guests. Any damage caused by a member of the audience to our equipment will be the responsibilty of the client. You will be charged for any damage and we will advise you as soon as the damage occurs.
